DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

Our goal is your satisfaction. We have a 7-day Satisfaction Guarantee, which means you have 7 days after your item is delivered to request an exchange or return.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

Yes, If the product you receive is different then what you ordered or defective (Per our 7-day SATISFACTION GUARANTEE). Please reach out to us at support@gymleggs.com, the messenger app or through our contact us page

CAN I EDIT OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT'S BEEN PLACED?

We are unable to cancel an order once it's been placed. But if you have made a mistake on your order or entered your shipping information incorrectly, please reach out within 24 hours at support@gymleggs.com. GYMLEGGS cannot be held liable for any incorrect details entered by the customer.

AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

GymLeggs will provide a return shipping label for eligible exchanges. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

HOW LONG UNTIL MY RETURN OR EXCHANGE IS PROCCESSED?

Exchanges and Returns will be processed after the items have been inspected and determined eligible. Please allow up to 3 business days from when it is delivered for your return or exchange to be processed.
